By using this website or booking work with VetsOnCall Junk Removal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.

Prices shown on this website are starting at ranges intended to help you plan. They are not a binding quote. We prefer to look at every job in person before giving you a number.

A firm price is provided in person, on site, before any work begins. You are free to decline at that point at no cost. Nothing is loaded and nothing is owed until you approve the price.

If the scope changes once work is underway, for example additional items are added or access turns out to be substantially different than described, we will stop and agree on a revised price with you before continuing.

We schedule in arrival windows and we make every effort to hit them. Weather, traffic, disposal facility hours, and previous jobs can occasionally cause delays. We will contact you if a window moves.

You may cancel or reschedule at any time before work begins by calling or texting (704) 956-0596. There is no cancellation fee for a job that has not started.

You confirm that you own the items being removed, or that you have the authority of the owner to have them removed. You are responsible for making sure nothing you want to keep is included in the job. Once items are loaded and removed, they cannot be recovered.

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the property, including any gate codes, parking arrangements, or HOA notifications required.

For safety and legal reasons we cannot haul certain materials, including hazardous waste, asbestos, wet paint, solvents, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition or explosives, and pressurized tanks. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before your appointment and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.

Payment is due on completion of the job unless a written account arrangement is in place, such as a contractor or property manager account. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service.

VetsOnCall Junk Removal is fully insured. We take real care moving items through your property. If we cause damage, tell us immediately and we will address it directly.

We are not liable for pre existing damage, for wear inherent in removing large items through tight spaces where you have asked us to proceed after being informed of the risk, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job, except where Arizona law provides otherwise.
