Accessibility Statement
Last updated February 2026. We want this site to work for every customer, including those using assistive technology.
Our commitment
VetsOnCall Junk Removal is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not an afterthought.
Standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single clear heading order on every page.
- Text and background color combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements.
- Full keyboard navigation, including the FAQ accordion and the photo quote dialog.
- Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can always see where they are.
- Tap targets sized for comfortable use on a phone.
- Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning.
- Labeled form fields with clear, readable error messages.
- Content that reflows without horizontal scrolling when zoomed or on small screens.
Known limitations
Some third party content, such as embedded review widgets or mapping tools we may add later, is not fully under our control. Where we identify an accessibility problem in that content, we look for an accessible alternative or provide the same information directly on the page.
Alternative ways to reach us
You never have to use this website to hire us. Calling or texting (704) 956-0596 gets you the same service, and we are on call around the clock. Email works too, at blake@vetsoncalljunkremoval.com.
Reporting a problem
If you run into a barrier on this site, tell us. Describe the page and what happened, and we will respond and fix what we can. Feedback of this kind is genuinely useful and it is how the site keeps improving.
